These requirements set out the basic rules for photographers who want to offer photographs through the PhotoSales Studio platform. The platform owner may supplement the commercial terms, commission percentage and settlement method according to the portal business model.
1. Authorship and rights
Photographers may upload and sell only photographs for which they hold the copyright and all other necessary rights. Presenting another person’s work as your own, or selling content without the required permissions or releases, is prohibited.
2. Permitted content
Content must be lawful and appropriate for a professional photography platform. The photographer is responsible for uploaded content and for respecting the rights of people appearing in photographs.
3. Prohibited content
Content that promotes or glorifies hatred, discrimination or intolerance based on race, nationality, sex, religion, political belief or another personal characteristic is prohibited. Content that glorifies violence, abuse, unlawful conduct or explicitly promotes a promiscuous lifestyle, as well as other content considered unlawful or unacceptable by the platform owner, is also prohibited.
4. Sales, commission and settlement
The photographer accepts that sales are processed under PhotoSales Studio rules. The photographer’s sales share, settlement method and payout schedule are determined by the cooperation terms and Photographer account settings. Confirmed sales and payouts recorded in the system form the basis for settlement.
5. Quality and accuracy of information
Photographers should upload technically sound photographs and accurate descriptions and information, and must not mislead customers about the content or usage rights of a photograph.
6. Removal of content and accounts
The administrator may temporarily or permanently remove a photograph, gallery or account that violates platform rules, the law or third-party rights. In the event of a dispute, the administrator may request proof of authorship or publication rights.
7. Consent
By submitting an application, the photographer confirms that these requirements have been read and accepted and agrees to comply with reasonable future changes published on the platform.
